It's free and easy to list your property on Frenting.
Hosts pay a simple 5% booking fee only when they receive a paid private booking. You'll receive 95% of the booking subtotal (nightly rate + cleaning fee).
If you choose to offer a stay on the house at no charge, there's no booking fee.
How much will guests pay per reservation?
Guests pay a 3% service fee per reservation to cover secure payment processing.
If a stay is offered at no charge, there are no guest fees.
